Lemonade slushy laced with pineapple and coconut water makes a cool summer treat. All natural lemonade slushy made with fresh lemon juice. My Sunday Supper team is doing a “recipes inspired by music ‘theme and I thought I would make my pineapple lemonade slushy inspired by an oldie “Lemon Tree” by Peter Paul and Mary. Well, in the song they say the poor lemon is impossible to eat but the incomparable lemon is one of the most used fruits in the cooking industry. When lemon is added to other ingredients it has the power to transform anything . Anyway, I loved the song growing up so pineapple lemonade slushy it is. I actually froze some ripe pineapple a few weeks back and used it in this lemonade slushy. I added some coconut water which made it super healthy and hydrating. My kids loved it and I was glad to be giving them healthy lemonade slushy instead of the red, blue green ones in the convenience store. Super cool hydrating healthy pineapple lemonade slushy!

That looks very refreshing and give me an idea to make with coconut water. I’ve been drinking Vita Coco for a while and this is absolutely another option than just having plain coconut water.
This is the perfect drink and it’s so pretty! I could drink these all day!
Oh wow Sue! I want one of these right after I’ve spent the day working in the yard. It’s so hot and this would be the ultimate refreshing cool down beverage.
Pineapple lemonade itself sounds wonderful, but your slushy version is even more appealing!!!! YUM!
What a good looking drink! Hard to say no to slushies and perfect in the summer.
LOVE this recipe Sue!! It sounds and looks delicious – perfect summer treat!
These would go over SO well in my house, Sue…we’re lemon/slush/frozen things addicts. Delicious summertime treat and inspiration 🙂
Delicious looking slushy, perfect for a hot day!!
Yum! I will take one these please. 🙂
Sue you had me at Pineapple and Lemonade. I love that flavor combo and I love that you used coconut water and made it a slushy. I would totally drink this and WILL be!
The lemonade slushy sounds great. The only thing I will change is the coconut in the wafer as I am not a great coconut lover. Can’t wait to give it a go. Lee
How refreshing does THAT look!
How crazily good does this sound??
Mmmmm. I LOVE pineapple – in desserts, in drinks, in cocktails. Pineapple makes me happy 🙂
This is like the best lemonade slushy! I never used coconut water, but it sounds just perfect with the pineapple and to give it that summery feeling!
A perfect summer cocktail! I almost went with a lemon dish too taking the lead from Led Zeppelin’s The Lemon Song but ultimately went another direction.
Healthy slushy? I’m all over that!
A glass of this would bring the sunshine into the gloomy day we’ve been having over here. Delicious!
My kids would love this and I’m so happy it’s healthy! It looks absolutely delicious and would be perfect in this Florida heat!
Wow Sue, this drink is fantastic! My husband and I have been making slushies with watermelon. Now we need to try this – we always have lemons and pineapple in our house. I can just imagine how refreshing this will taste after a long day at work, sitting in my sweltering hot apartment!
Looks awesome, Sue! My mom loves lemonade, so it looks like something she would love!
I\’m new to using coconut oil and milk and I love it. This is great to try using coconut water. Thanks Sue.
This drink made me want to lick the screen! Yummy! I have a bunch of coconut water in the basement wondering what to do with it…now I know!
