Mint Cilantro Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cilantro (washed and chopped )
  • 2 cups Mint (remove leaves)
  • 1/2 " ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Jalopeno pepper (or 2-3 small green chilies)

Note

This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for a month. Tone down the chili if you want it less spicy

Directions

Wash all raw ingedients
Blend all ingredients to a fine paste
