Mint Cilantro Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups cilantro (washed and chopped )
- 2 cups Mint (remove leaves)
- 1/2 " ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Jalopeno pepper (or 2-3 small green chilies)
Note
This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for a month. Tone down the chili if you want it less spicy

Blend all ingredients to a fine paste |
