Caramel strawberries with a tinge of sea salt rolled in pistachio make a yummy sweet treat ! Dipped strawberries of any kind are one of my favorite treats and salted caramel strawberries are my favorite kind ! My Sunday Supper team is doing a ” Berry Theme” and I had to join in because I absolutely love berries !! Never mind that it’s a super hectic weekend with family over for my oldest daughter’s confirmation 🙂 ! Well, I went with an easy berry dish and made these salted caramel strawberries which also happen to be my kid’s favorite and I had a chance to serve them to my guests. The salt adds some zing to the sweet caramel strawberries and taste absolutely fabulous ! Roll it in some nuts and they become a decadent treat ! You can use ready-made caramel chips to make this even easier or if you need a quick treat. I chose to make the caramel sauce and I made a vegan version which tasted quite perfect ! These salted caramel strawberries may not look picture perfect, but believe me they tasted pretty perfect !!

Sue, these strawberries look so yummy and fancy! I love that you incorporate coconut oil in so many of your recipes!
This beats chocolate covered strawberries hands down!
The dip looks amazing and I love the pistachios with it!
I have more commonly seen strawberries dipped in chocolate, never caramel. This is quite unique, especially with the crunch. “Ce sont les fraises fraîches.”
This is such a simple dessert, but I bet the flavors are outstanding! The strawberries and caramel and salt and then nuts. I’ll take a dozen, please 🙂
Why did I never think of this?!?! It’s so perfect! Yum!
Mmm – salted caramel!!! I love that you dipped your strawberries in the caramel as opposed to chocolate – a nice twist!
I have never seen caramel dipped strawberries, but this has me really wanting to try it!!
Thank you for this useful article.
Ooh love coconut milk in your caramel sauce! This is a must try and looks delicious Sunithi!!Have to try 🙂
These look great and our stawberry garden just started producing berries last week.
BTW – Hi Sue.
Richard / ButterBottom
These looks amazing. I love pistachios and that you dipped them in salted caramel. Salty and sweet… yum!
This is genius! I adore caramel but I’ve never thought of dipping my strawberries in it! What a lovely treat!!!
They sure do look scrumptious!!!
You caught my attention at the title – anything that involves salted caramel is my friend, and double points when strawberries are involved. This is awesome, great recipe!!!
What a cool recipe! And a great change from the typical chocolate dip our strawberries usually do. Awesome!
Sue, what are you talking about –> “not picture perfect.” These look amazing! I’ve never had caramel covered strawberries before. Move over chocolate! These might be my new favourite way of eating strawberries for dessert. Salt and caramel were made to be together, and the pistachio just takes it over the top.
Hi Sue… love the idea of this recipe and there is so much to discover on your blog! Hello from Downunder.
What a sweet alternative to the typical chocolate-dipped strawberry! Nice recipe!
Sue, these are calling my name. They look wonderful. I love the crunchy pistachios.
