Great ideas to try.
So far a hot shower and sleep has been the only thing that has helped my migraines. I will definitely give your ideas a try.
We often treat migraine as a normal headache where we can take a simple paracetamol to relieve the pain. Migraine is very painful, sometimes, we may feel that we need to crack our head so that we will know what’s really happening inside. I am glad I don’t experience yet heavy migraine, just a headache and my common treatment is to drink water then take a rest.
