This is my very first post in the A to Z Blogging challenge and I am quite excited to be presenting a short and sweet post with the alphabet A. My first year participating and I am not quite sure I will blog on every alphabet, but I will do my very best. A fun way to come up with creative nutrition posts and recipes.
I got hooked on Aloe vera a few years back when I read about the health benefits. I love Aloe vera juice and can drink it plain, but I find adding some additional ingredients to it in the form of a smoothie makes it delish and turns it into a super charged drink nutritionally. Before I introduce my drink to you, just a few pointers on the benefits of this super fruit.

I have found that drinking a small amount of FLP aloe vera gel every day is a great help to keeping myself “regular” (so to speak). This shouldn’t be used as a cure or treatment for any disease, or the symptoms of any disease, but I’ve found it to be a good preventative maintenence technique for myself.
I bet you could add hemp protein powder, for a great smoothie.
